The products purchased from Artaflora.com are eligible to return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns for exchange
  • Damage in transit
  • Mismatch between order and supply
  • Manufacturing defects

Please follow the instructions for exchanges:

  • Record a video while unboxing your Artaflora order and attach the same to your email to artafloraindia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the consignment.

Our team will review your request and arrange for the replacement or exchange of the damaged/incorrect product.

Compensation for Order Mismatch

At Artaflora – India’s handcrafted home décor store, your trust means everything to us. In the rare case of a mismatch between the product you ordered and the one delivered, we not only offer a free exchange but also provide 10% of the product value (excluding GST and shipping charges) as compensation for the inconvenience caused.

To receive the compensation, customers are requested to share their UPI ID with us at artafloraindia@gmail.com for processing the payment.

Note: In the rare case that your order is damaged during transit, our team will arrange the exchange promptly. However, please note that our compensation policy does not cover transit damage.

 

Refund Policy for Delays

Since most of our products are handcrafted by tribal artisans in India, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as political unrest, extreme weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If your order is delayed by more than 30 days from the date of purchase, you have the option to cancel the order and request a full refund by writing to us at artafloraindia@gmail.com.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of your request.

The cost of no condition of returns and exchanges are loaded onto the price of the products. Artaflora practices No Return policy without a valid reason is to avoid the unnecessary cost and time of the customers. Therefore, the prices at Artaflora are far cheaper than others.
