Artaflora was born from a deep curiosity and years of exploration into the roots of human happiness. It is the brainchild of B. N. Ramgopal, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus with over 35 years of corporate experience. A nature lover at heart, he believes that the beauty and abundance of nature require only basic intelligence and not expensive technology to serve humanity.

As the world embraces sustainable living and eco-friendly products, green gifting is fast becoming the new luxury. Yet, Ramgopal noticed a gap: most natural products were either too raw or lacked the appeal needed to attract modern consumers. He saw incredible potential in India’s rural and tribal artisans, whose traditional skills, when fused with modern eco-friendly design, could produce sustainable, stylish, functional products that are globally desirable.

This vision led to the creation of Artaflora a platform for handcrafted gifts and eco-conscious products from across India, delivering them straight from the point of manufacturing to your doorstep.

Ramgopal also recognized that gifting in India has increasingly become a social formality, losing its emotional essence. To revive the joy of thoughtful giving, Artaflora launched Gifting Galore, a curated initiative featuring 74 gifting occasions, from life’s milestones to cultural and spiritual events, helping people give meaningfully and sustainably.
